Crochet Baby Blanket 

 These are blankets that I made for my new granddaughter who will arrive here in October. These were crocheted using different types of yarn which I bought at the Cotton Shop. I did simple stitches which were single and double crochet.

These were fun to make and super easy. Simple stitches made it go fast.

Its so much fun to do any type of sewing when you do it for loved ones.

I love doing things for my wonderful grandchildren.

Pin Cushion & Thread Catcher Giveaway

I saw this on pinterest and wanted to find the pattern. When my daughter and I were doing Shop Hop I found the pattern.
They are a lot of fun to make and they look so cute sitting by your machine. I made mine all from scraps and I used rice for the pin cushion so use your imagination. However I seem to still throw the threads on the floor. LOL I made one for myself and one for my daughter Katie and then I made one for my sister. We used fat quarters so you will have plenty of left overs, and we are including the pattern.
